My Salvation, My Stronghold

I will love You, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:1-2

Who is your strength today? What is your strength today?

Good questions!

I think there are days when I can I say with confidence, it’s “God!” While there are other times I can say… “I am afraid.” Meaning… I am looking at my circumstances and not setting my eyes on God and His magnificent ability to always be there for me.

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:2

The funny thing… I have seen God’s provision on SOOOOOO many occasions! Moments when I was at my “wit’s” end and slowly losing my faith. I am not sure why that happens… meaning, God moving in such a miraculous way at the 11:59 moment of need… none the less, He has always come through.

God is always faithful! God is always good… he turns our sorrows into songs of joy! He turns brokenness into beauty. So what do I… or we have to fear!? God is salvation, our stronghold. Whatever you’re facing at this moment… know this, God will not let you down! Trust in Him… let Him be your strength this day. I’ll join you in that!

God is good!

Celebrate with me as you listen to this song…
